Carver Set Up

Carvers are welcome to arrive at AvidXchange Music Factory, check-in, and set up carving stations.

2:00pm

Ready, Set, Carve!

Carving begins and guests are welcome to arrive.

90 minutes of fun and furious pumpkin carving begins.

Additionally, a photo booth, custom GUTS tattoos, and merchandise will be available.

Guests and Carvers can begin casting their “People’s Choice” vote at any time.

3:30pm

Carving Ends / Station Prep

Carving ends. Carvers prep their stations for final judging and the silent auction.

3:45pm

Silent Auction & Judging

Judges will be making their rounds, scoring each entry.

Bidders can begin placing their bids in the silent auction.

4:00pm

Judging and “People’s Choice” Voting Ends

All votes for “People’s Choice” must be cast.

4:15pm

Silent Auction Ends

Silent Auction Winners can pay for pumpkins at the GUTS Checkout out and take their pumpkins.

If you win a pumpkin and would like to donate to a family, please notify a GUTS Team Member at checkout.

4:30pm

Winners Announced

We will announce Individual, Team, and People’s Choice Winners, and Raffle Prize Winner on the Main Stage.
